Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my Dog?

First things first - our most frequently asked question! We love a canine pal, and welcome all living things who are well behaved at Pexmas. We ask you to keep your dog on a lead, or in a carrier/basket/bag if that is your thing. If your dog, child or pal makes a mess at Pexmas, please help us by cleaning it up.

Is it free entry?

YES. We are committed to open access and our markets will always be free to attend.

Can i pay on card / Contactless?

All our stalls will be taking contactless / card payments. Some may accept cash as well, especially if you have the right change!

Is there a toilet?

Yes! Indoors, a little chilly but efficient and cleaned regularly. Please let us know if you encounter any problems in our toilets. There is not a disabled toilet within the market, or baby changing, though you can access these facilities in the onsite bar, Social, should you need them. Please ask our staff for assistance.

Where can i get a coffee on site?

We don’t have a coffee trader within this market as there are lots of fabulous small businesses selling coffee on site at Copeland Park who would love your support! Please visit The Yard, Rons, Yogarise or Social for your caffiene fix on your way into the market.

Is the space Accessible?

Unit 8 has a slight lip over the door frame to enter, though once inside it is all on one storey. On the far right of the space there is a single step down, which can be avoided if you have mobility issues. If you need any assistance, please alert our staff on the door who will be pleased to support you.

Can I bring my buggy?

Please do, though be aware that in busy periods you may find it easier to fold your buggy. There is no buggy park at this market. Please do not leave your property unattended.

Covid Safety

Currently England does not require customers and staff in retail establishments to wear a mask indoors, though we support mask wearing, especially by anyone experiencing the seasonal sniffles! We will be controlling numbers inside the venue, keeping the doors open for ventilation and providing sanitiser throughout for your hands.

if you have symptoms, please consider doing a lateral flow test before attending, and if you do have a positive test, please stay home. We review our saftey policies throughout in line with current advice.
